Frank-Cunningham.jpg

Frank Cunningham | CarePatrol

Frank considers his ultimate “calling” to be helping seniors and their families navigate the often times challenging process of finding the best possible senior living scenarios. He listens carefully to all of his client’s needs, concerns and preferences before recommending appropriate levels of care such as; Independent Living, Assisted Senior Housing, Memory Care or In-Home Care.

Frank went through the same daunting experience recently when he helped find care for a friend in Long Beach.  This experience gave him the passion that he has today to help families.

Frank has spent years in Pasadena which is in the San Gabriel Valley of California and loves living in the area because of its diversity and eclectic lifestyle. Frank is happily married and has three adult children and eight grandchildren. During the second part of his life, he has discovered he has a passion for helping seniors and feels he acts as a kind of real estate broker, therapist and spiritual director in helping them find safe and secure facilities to live in. He is very active in the community, supporting various causes supporting seniors and is on the board of directors of two non-profits and an active Rotarian.

Prior to CarePatrol, Frank had a career as the COO of a credit union for over 42 years.

Martha Doherty

Nest Egg Dwelling

After 30 years of working for a premium master planned community developer, Martha became concerned with the sterile nature of community development and the environmental impact of suburban sprawl. With these concerns in mind, she left real estate development to pursue nonprofit

management. Now, California’s innovative solutions to its housing crisis have brought her back. The State of California has passed several laws to force each locality to fulfill this need. One rule forces every local government to ease the development of Accessory Dwelling Units, and Martha has NEST EGG DWELLING to help homeowners’ develop their own Accessory Dwelling Units.
